We deliver worldwide from our factory in Valencia, Spain. Units currently in stock ship within 10–15 days of order confirmation within Europe. We coordinate freight directly rather than leaving it to a courier.

How cold does it get, and how quickly?
Down to 3°C, typically reaching temperature in 20–30 minutes from a standing fill. It holds temperature continuously, so it is ready whenever you are. It also heats to 40°C for contrast therapy.
What are the electrical requirements?
A standard 230 V / 50 Hz supply.
Can it go outdoors?
Yes. The KYMA is rated IPX5 and suitable for both indoor and outdoor installation. For outdoor siting we recommend a position sheltered from prolonged direct sun and from sustained sub-zero temperatures, which preserves both the finish and the chiller's efficiency.
Is it covered by warranty?
Every KYMA carries a three-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship, including the chiller unit. Servicing is handled from Barcelona.
How often does the water need changing?
Typically every two to three months in a home. In commercial settings, every two to three weeks. Ozone sanitation and filtration extend the interval considerably compared to a manual ice bath.
What maintenance does it need?
Filter changes and routine cleaning. We provide a full maintenance guide on delivery and our team in Barcelona is available directly if anything needs attention.
Is it certified?
The KYMA is CE marked and meets applicable EU safety standards. The design is protected as an EU Registered Design and KYMA® is a registered trademark.
Certification requirements differ outside the EU. If you are ordering from further afield, tell us where you are and we will confirm what applies.
Is the KYMA available in other finishes?
The KYMA is produced in a single finish, light grey acrylic with warm-tone underlighting, and we do not offer customisation as standard.
